Orius insidiosus is a general predator that feeds on thrips, spider mites, moth eggs, whiteflies and aphids.  The adults are black and white.  The nymphs are first colorless, then later become yellow to brown.  All stages have red eyes.  Orius will disperse throughout the greenhouse due to their flying abilities and work well with other thrips predators.
